Armadillo Litigation Funding is a provider of financing to law firms participating in mass tort, consumer, and commercial litigation, and litigation funding organizations participating in administrative consumer and commercial claims. We provide general obligation loans secured by the borrower’s interests in future award settlements, including but not limited to, contingency fees expected to be earned from successful litigation. The Armadillo team has extensive experience in the litigation and litigation funding fields.
